What To Do
- Use the Forgot your password? option on the login screen.
- Check your inbox for the password reset email.
- Follow the reset link and create a new password.
- Sign in again using your updated password.
If you still cannot access your account, contact Town Hall and include your account name and service address so staff can help you more quickly.
Didn’t Receive Your Bill by Email?
In many cases, the bill was sent but could not be delivered because the email bounced or was filtered into spam or junk mail.
What To Check
- Confirm that your email address on file is correct.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Add the Town's billing sender address to your safe senders or contacts list.
- Let us know if your email address has changed.
If you need to confirm or update your billing email, contact Town Hall for assistance.
Paperless Billing
Paperless billing helps you receive statements faster and keep your account information up to date.
If you are already enrolled in eBilling, no additional action is needed.

How will I receive the Mayor's letter?
The Mayor's letter will be sent as an attachment to your bill email.
Can I receive my bill at multiple email addresses?
Yes. We can add additional billing email addresses to your account, though the utility portal itself can only be accessed with one account login.
I already receive eBilling. Do I need to sign up again?
No. If you are already enrolled in paperless eBilling, you do not need to submit another request.
