Overview
Elections give Lakewood Village residents the opportunity to choose their local leaders and help shape the future of the Town. The Town conducts municipal elections in accordance with the Texas Election Code to ensure fairness, transparency, and accessibility for all eligible voters.
The Town Secretary serves as the Chief Election Official for the Town of Lakewood Village. Municipal elections are conducted in accordance with the Texas Election Code, and Lakewood Village Town Hall serves as the polling place for all Town elections.
The Mayor and five Council Members are elected at-large. Place 1, Place 3, and Place 5 are elected in odd-numbered years. Place 2, Place 4, and Place 6 are elected in even-numbered years.
